Mr. Luka is registered in the State of California as a Certified Engineering Geologist. Mr. Luka has been involved in the geotechnical consulting field in Southern California for over 14 years and has participated in a wide variety of civil engineering project.

Mr. Luka is experienced in forensic investigations, engineering seismology, engineering geology, and geotechical studies. His clients have included: property owners, land developers, insurance companies, law firms, governmental agencies and lending institutions.
