Basic Listing, Firm Resume, with Individual Résumés: $148 per year, plus $25 per year for each individual resumé We will put your firm resumé on our website for $148, which includes the basic listing described above. There will be a link to your firm resumé on your listing. We will also put résumés for individuals from your firm on the site as well. Individual résumés will be linked to your firm resumé, and to the listing if the individual is listed as the contact person. Individual résumés are two pages long. Each additional page is $25 per page, per year. Graphics, Photographs, and Highlighted Text: So that we can ensure that our users with slow internet access or older computers are not frustrated by trying to find you, the only special formatting allowed in basic listings are bullets, numbering, and bold, italic or underlined text. We can put graphics and photographs that you provide in your firm resumé and individual résumés. There is no charge for graphics or photos you provide in an electronic file that is compatible with Front Page (some examples are .gif, .jpg, and .jpeg files). If we need to scan graphics or photos for you, there is a one-time charge of $50 per photo or piece of artwork. There is no additional charge for including graphics, unless the inclusion takes you over the two page allowance. If that happens, each additional page is $25 per page, per year. Listings under additional categories: $24 per year for each additional listing Once you have paid for a basic listing, you can put your listing under additional categories for $24 a year. This is helpful if your practice or business serves more than one geographic area, or if you provide services in multiple disciplines. The additional listings will have the same links to your e-mail, website, firm resumé and individual résumés, if you have asked us to include those in your basic listing, at no additional charge. Positioning Listings are alphabetical. If you want to have your firm's information appear at the top of a page, please contact us about running a banner ad. Web Page Design, Resumé Design, and Ad Design We will post a resumé and graphics that you provide us, but we aren't a graphics design firm. We can cut and paste information from your e-mail and put it on our site, and we can convert documents from Word to HTML. If you need someone to work with you on design, please check our directory of firms providing graphic services. Information for Graphic Designers and Web Professionals Our website was designed using HTML and FrontPage 2002. We do not use frames because we know from our logs that many people accessing the site are using older or otherwise incompatible browsers. Many users access CMSYNERGY.COM through public facilities which may have slow connections. Therefore, for viewing speed reasons, most of our pages have no graphics. Our web host is Earthlink. Marketing Information Our most recent information, provided by Urchin, shows that our site averages 5000 hits a day. Urchin collects certain information about the people using our site, such as what pages they view, how long they are on the site, what browser is being used, and the domain accessing the site. CMSYNERGY does not collect cookies, and therefore, does not have specific information about our users. We do know that the largest percentage of our users come from government domains, followed by insurance carrier domains. We pay to have our website indexed by MSN and Yahoo!. INeedHits.com submits our site for indexing periodically. Discounts Reliance. If you are a former employee of Reliance Insurance Company, Reliance National, or any other member of Reliance Group Holdings that left employment with Reliance after April 1, 1997, you are entitled to a basic free listing, listings in three additional categories, a firm resumé, and your individual resumé at no cost until December 31, 2003.
